By purchasing art services / designs from Akirekyun you have agreed to abide to these conditions.
Any violation made will land you into the blacklist, where you are unable to purchase any art service / design from me.No physical products are sold. All “Item(s)” will be supplied “in digital format only”.These terms are subjected to future altercations.

Terms and conditions:

Payments can only be made via Paypal or Ko-fi.☆ I will start your drawing with 50% of the payment.
☆ You will receive the sketch when you make the payment.
☆ When you receive the sketch you can request changes, I limit myself to make 3 free changes, if you request more, these will have an additional price.
☆ I will continue the drawing only if you agree with the requested changes.
☆ You must make the final payment to receive your drawing, I will let you know when it is ready.
☆ No drawings with mature content (NSFW).
☆ I only draw characters, not realism.
☆ The published prices are for drawings with simple backgrounds, in case you want a complex background the price will increase.
☆ Please ask me if I can draw your character or not, I reserve the right to refuse your request.

What will I receive when my commission is ready?
You will receive the illustration of your character as requested, without watermark in jpeg format (additionally you can request the drawing without background / png format at no additional cost).Don't worry, in case you accept the drawing to be published, it will contain a watermark.

☆ You can only trade or sell the design if you are the owner of said design.Artist:
☆ I have the right to all copyrights of my designs' artwork. I can advertise and display any artwork of mine unless commissioner requested privacy.
☆ I have the right to decline trading or selling designs to any users.Design Owner:
☆ Owner has the right to re-upload their design wherever as long as they credit me.
☆ Owner can draw or order commission of the design.
☆ Owner can make whatever edits on the design.
☆ Owner cannot claim their design as their own.
☆ Owner cannot use the design for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.Payment:
☆ Full payment must be paid to give you the files.
☆ Request for refund is not available after I sent the files over.Trade/Selling:
☆ The design can be gifted.
☆ The design can be traded for other character/s, physical items, art services, etc.
